On Saturdays and Sundays, The PHNX transforms. What was a gym floor is now a dance floor. What was a coworking zone is a wedding aisle. What was a rehearsal, a photoshoot, a class—is now a celebration.

We’ve designed the space to work hard—just like our tenants. That means it’s durable, easy to reconfigure, and polished without being sterile. People often comment on how it feels both elevated and down-to-earth at the same time.

The PHNX wasn’t born from a blueprint—it rose from loss. After a fire destroyed the original gym building, what could’ve ended a chapter instead began a new one.
This venue represents resilience, rebirth, and purpose. That’s why we call it The PHNX.
