Welcome to The PHNX: Trussville’s Venue for Visionaries
A Venue That Doesn’t Just Host, It Works
Some venues are made to be filled. Ours is made to move. The PHNX was designed from the ground up to flex with your event, whether that’s a wedding celebration, a strategy session, a fundraiser, or a creative production.
During the week, the space is alive with energy—from coaches, clients, creatives, and community members. But come the weekend, it transforms. Chairs flip, tables roll out, and the space becomes whatever you need it to be.
In the Heart of Trussville, With None of the Hassle
Guests love how easy it is to get here. Located right off the interstate and just 20 minutes from the Birmingham airport, The PHNX is as convenient as it is tucked away. It’s quiet. It’s safe. It’s walkable. From here, you’re steps from Ferus and the Trussville Entertainment District, making pre-event coffee or post-event drinks simple.
Parking? No problem. The lot fits around 80 cars, so guests won’t be circling the block while your event kicks off.
Modern Meets Meaningful
Black matte floors, glass bay doors, exposed iron and warm wood tones—it’s industrial, but elevated. The PHNX feels like a fresh canvas, not a cold one. Whether you’re decorating for a wedding, setting up for a business pitch, or rolling out an art show, the vibe adapts to fit your moment.
And with open sight lines, high ceilings, and a flexible layout, there’s nothing standing in your way. Literally.
So, What Happens Here?
Weddings. Workshops. Product launches. Corporate retreats. Birthday celebrations. Holiday parties. Brand shoots. Rehearsal dinners. Brunches. Conferences. Community fundraisers. Baby showers. If you can picture it, you can host it here.
The space includes:
A 75’ x 35’ main hall (plus foyer and patio space)
Huge 12’ glass bay doors for a bright, open feel
A portable bar setup (indoor or patio)
Upstairs lounge + kitchen for prep or private use
A covered outdoor patio for cocktail hours or dance floors
You won’t have to work around a fixed stage, DJ booth, or built-in seating plan. It’s yours to shape from the ground up.
What most people ask before booking
How far in advance should I book?
Weddings and large events usually book 6–12 months in advance, but smaller events can often find open weekends sooner. Spring and fall dates go fastest. Can I host multiple events in one weekend?
Yes. Many couples book Saturday for a rehearsal and Sunday for the wedding. Others host a Saturday night party and a Sunday brunch. We’re built for flexibility. Is the venue private during my event?
Yes. While The PHNX Collective is active during the week, private events have full control of the space on weekends. Can I bring my own vendors?
Absolutely. We’re vendor-friendly and happy to work with your team. Or if you need referrals, we know some of the best in the business.
If you're looking for a place where your event doesn’t have to fit into someone else's box—this space is for you. The PHNX was built with intention, designed for flexibility, and ready when you are.
